In that email, you can then click through to our community Facebook page to enjoy a quote, article or video there, every single day each week that correlates to the topic…so you can learn even more about it! You can also leave positive comments there daily; to connect with other like-minded, wonderful women doing the weekly program! Then, each Wednesday receive a mini class via video directly in your inbox! In each video Jen lays out a fun, 5 day exercise / assignment you can step into, to actively live that week’s thought! Finally, every Friday receive that week’s final email with some affirmations focused on the topic as you round out your week! Whether it’s self kindness, laughing more, believing in ourselves or another great topic, each week’s content offers you an opportunity to positively expand your life investing only minutes of your precious time, every day! Designed for women with the desire to become their best selves & live their best lives.

Program Description

“Jen Mac’s Positive Transformations Live!” is an annual, ongoing development program for women looking to make the most out of 2019. Additionally, it’s an incredible way for those both local & interested in further developing themselves, to kick off each month! This “top of each month” lunch & lecture program starts off with some positive community time, networking or socializing with other, like-minded women enrolled! Next, enjoy a lovely buffet style, sit down lunch together. Finally, open your notebook to grow yourself in the year ahead via Jen’s comprehensive, 90 minute, lecture style, interactive class. Each month Jen speaks on a different, pertinent topic such as “The Science Of Habit & How To Create Better Ones In 2019, Tools For Cultivating Greater Self Love & Self Care, Recognizing Your Own Resilience & How To Use It For A Brighter 2019, Tools To Shift Your Energy & Expand Your Overall Well Being, Removing Self Imposed Limitations, Skills For Mindful Living, Effective Communication” & more! Always included is a handout with exercises so at least once a month, attendees can drown out the noisy, outer world to tune into themselves & hear what they may be needing or desiring. When time allows, there’s positive group & individual sharing so participants can learn from one another & share their own good too! No matter what the curriculum & content is monthly, every topic offers those attending an opportunity to reflect, be reminded of or learn something new & then expand their life in the month ahead with a fun, simple, 30 day assignment.
